To secure your charter reservation, a 50% (US) deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellations are accepted with a full refund of deposit if such cancellation is done at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the charter. We understand - sometimes things just happen!

We reserve the right to cancel/postpone any charter do to unsafe conditions. A refund or postponement to a date of your choice, will be arranged.
